Do you accept refunds or returns?
We will give a replacement if products arrive damaged, if this happens please email us at replacement@lauras-goodies.co.uk with pictures of the damages to start the replacement process.
How is postage calculated?
All of our postage charges are calculated on weight as per Royal Mail (see Royal Mail website for current charges). For bulk orders please inquire for a custom shipping quote.
